Where is my order!!!
We currently roast 2-3 days a week, QC the following day and then start the packing and shipping process. We aim to have all orders shipped within 4-5 days. If you need your order more urgently or by a certain date please contact us before placing your order. Delay’s can sometimes happen. We prioritise care and quality over speed. Please be patient.
What is your Roast Style
We manually roast every time using our Loring S15, testing the moisture and water activity of every batch of green coffee and making adjustments if needed. This allows us to roast extremely light, with present acidity, high sweetness and an overall aim of high clarity. After roasting we use our colour sorter to ensure minimal Quakers and defects, ensuring a better cup!
How do you recommend I brew your coffee?
We are currently in the process of launching our brewing guides. We do include a suggested starting point recipe inside all of our 200/250g boxes. We suggest to brew fast and hot, using a fast technology paper like Sibarist if possible.
What are your opening hours?
Our Cafe is open 9-4 Wednesday-Saturday and 9-3 Sunday.
